Shipping & Delivery Information

What delivery methods are available?

Pick from store — You can choose to pick your item from the near by store. A communication will be made on which store to pick your product from. No delivery fees are taken if this method is used. All delivery methods have a delivery fee except for Pick from store.

Do you ship internationally?

We only deliver in Uganda. Incase a customer wants the item shipped. They ship it themselves through any courier or shipping company of their choice. Some items may be delivered after others on a particular order.

Payments & Vouchers

What payment methods do we accept?

We accept the following cards, which must be enabled for recurring e-commerce transactions. You may need to enable your card for international transactions. Mobile Money (Airtel & MTN) — Cash on Delivery. Visa & Master Cards coming soon

Are vouchers in use right now?

No, vouchers are not yet in use. Coming soon. Vouchers will be gifted to indivduals who purchase items. They will also be given out on special days.

Orders & Returns

How long does it take to process an order?

It takes about 3 business days (Saturday & Sunday exclusive). At each stage of order processing, an sms or email will be sent to notify you.

What procedure do i take when making a return?

Visit the main office or contact us to make a return. Delivery fees shall not be refunded.

Advertising & Selling With us

How do i advertise with Afrisold?

Contact us if you are interested in an advertising space mentioned on a page. Your adverts can only be static images or gif images. No videos are allowed

How do i sell with Afrisold?

To sell with us, click here to create a sellers account. No commision is taken from your sales. However in the future, you will be charger a certain fee per every product you have under your shop.
